Digitize your family history at our first Community Scanning Day.
Bring in your family photo collections and our local history librarians will assist you with scanning. You will take home a USB drive and a link to a digital download with digitized memories to share with your friends and family. Register for a 45 minute appointment at www.myhpl.org. Appointments will take place in the local history room.
If your family collections document the people and places Huntington, we encourage you to consider donating a digital copy to our archival collection. For more information about donating content to the Mary Talmage Local History Room, contact hplhistoryroom@huntlib.org. Registration is required. HPL cardholders only.
The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
