Join us for an evening of sound meditation and guided imagery with Donna Nesteruk.

Quartz crystal bowls produce powerful vibratory sound waves which harmoniously resonate deeply within the body. Other meditative sounds are also combined during this session to allow for a restorative and relaxing experience. These sounds create a peaceful calm and harmony within. Guided imagery is a conscious, intentional use of your imagination, which accesses your subconscious mind via sensory images. By imagining scenes that produce serenity, immunity is bolstered, and stress hormones are reduced. Listening to sound also assists in a more effective imagery session. Registration is required. Open to all.

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
