Join India-trained Yoga Therapist and Teacher Trainer, Danielle Tarantola, for this Indian approach to physical and mental wellness that highlights and guides you through postures, breathing practices and meditation techniques. The practices promote physical and mental flexibility, health and strength through the lens of the time-tested Yoga philosophy. Participants should be able to get up and down off of the floor and be in general good health for this movement-based class. Registration is required. Open to all. There is a $35.00 non-refundable fee for this series.

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
