Qigong is a series of simple exercises designed to increase health and well being. Much like tai chi, movements are slow and fluid, allowing an inner awareness to develop.

The class concentrates on the 18 Lohan Hands, an ancient Chinese form passed down from the Shaolin Temple.  The class would consist of a full body warm up, standing exercises designed to ease the body into movement, simple qigong walks, learning the 18 Lohan Hands through instruction and repetition, ending with mindfulness meditation techniques created to clear the mind and improve concentration.  There is a  style $30.00 non-refundable fee for this series.
