Tour Huntington's First Cemetery

Join Town Historian Robert C. Hughes for a tour of the Old Burying Ground, Huntington’s first cemetery.  Established soon after the Town’s founding in 1653, the Old Burying Ground was Huntington’s principal burying place for the next two centuries.  See the colonial folk art iconography and hear the stories of some of those buried here, including 42 veterans of the American Revolution. Please meet at the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Building.  Registration required. Open to all.
