Practitioners can look forward to revitalizing body, mind, and spirit while enjoying supportive benefits of calmness, deeper breathing, and better circulation, balance, focus, and coordination. Teacher Leslie Martin meets you wherever you are in your health and physical ability. Wear comfortable loose clothing. Have a chair handy with a back and a firm seat. Registration required.
