Guests will learn how to prepare classic dishes like pollo guisado, arroz blanco, habichuelas guisadas, maduros, and a traditional Dominican-style dessert while exploring the stories, culture, and sazón behind every recipe. More than just a cooking class, this experience is about connection, heritage, and celebrating the joy of gathering around the table. Registration is required. HPL cardholders only. There is a non-refundable $5 fee for this program.
Huntington Public Library Main Building
The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
