This all levels class is experiential and progressive based on the art, science and philosophy of B.K.S Iyengar. 

Designed to educate, enable and inspire life-long learning for all: new, continuing beginners, gentle and seasoned students (Levels 1-3) are welcome.  Please bring a mat, 2 foam bricks, 2 blankets and a belt. Registration is required. Open to all.  There is a $35 non-refundable fee for this program.

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
