Please join us in August for a discussion and zoom interview with debut novelist and Edgar Award 2026 winner, Jakob Kerr, author of Dead Money .

Synopsis: A Silicon Valley thriller/mystery about Mackenzie Clyde, a "fixer" for a venture capitalist, investigating the murder of Journy’s CEO, Trevor Canon. When Canon is found dead, a "dead money" clause in his will freezes billions in assets, prompting a high-stakes search for the killer among Silicon Valley’s elite.

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
