Join the Book Club that is for adults of all reading abilities!
Adults 18 years and older with developmental disabilities meet once a week, in-person or via Zoom, to form friendships through reading and talking about books. All are welcome, regardless of reading level. The Book Club’s upcoming books are Who Was Frederick Douglass? by April Jones Prince, Without a Trace (Nancy Drew: All New Girl Detective #1) by Carolyn Keene, and Who Was Alexander Hamilton? by Pam Pollack. The Station Branch is located south of the LIRR train station on New York Avenue (Route 110). It has public computers for children, teen and adults, a large community room on the second floor as well as five smaller meeting rooms and a classroom style training room.
