We will be making sit-upons. Just in time for Spring and Summer park visits!

A sit-upon is your own portable cushion - perfect for bring to the park, beach, ball games, and more.  Where ever you need to have a comfy spot for your behind.  Participants will pick the color of the precut vinyl, fill it with a cushion, “sew” it closed, and decorate with Sharpies and duct tape.

This program is geared towards adults 18 years and older with sensory issues, those on the autism spectrum, or those who have other specific needs.  If you have any questions or a specific needs accommodation, feel free to contact Maureen at 631-427-5165 ex, 134 or email maureen_comerford@huntlib.org.  Open to all!
