Join Pitmaster Brian Collins for a delicious and patriotic cooking demonstration, with recipes perfect for your 4th of July barbecue or get together!

Brian will demonstrate how to make coffee-and-pepper marinated steak, where the coffee will tenderize the meat, creating a spicy, earthy taste, amplified by the tannin in the coffee.  He will pair the steak with a coffee-bourbon sauce and Mexican street corn and a “Red, White and Blueberry” trifle that you can make at home for the Fourth of July. A tasting will follow the demonstration. Registration is required. HPL cardholders only. There is a non-refundable $5 fee for this program.
