Patrons will make an All American Crustless Apple Crumb Pie ready to take home and bake and Chef Rob will demonstrate a Roasted Shrimp with a Ginger Scallion Dip. Patrons will need 3 large crisp apples, 2 medium bowls, 7-inch pan, & a small cutting board.

About the branch

The Station Branch is located south of the LIRR train station on New York Avenue (Route 110). It has public computers for children, teen and adults, a large community room on the second floor as well as five smaller meeting rooms and a classroom style training room.
