Meet national bestseller Heather Aimee O'Neill, author of The Irish Goodbye in conversation with Brenda Janowitz, author of The Grace Kelly Dress. 

The Irish Goodbye is a #ReadWithJenna book club pick following an Irish American family with three adult sisters returning home to Long Island to face tension-filled dinners, ghosts from their pasts, and familysecrets in a gripping novel full of biting wit and profound heart. 

Heather Aimee O'Neill is a poet, a teacher, and the assistant director of the Sackett Street Writers' Workshop. She lives in Brooklyn with her wife and two sons. The Irish Goodbye, a national bestseller and Read with Jenna Book Club Pick, is her first novel.

Brenda Janowitz is the author of eight novels, including The Grace Kelly Dress, which has been optioned for a film by Hallmark/Crown media, and The Aubrey Hepburn Estate. Her work has also appeared in the New York Times, The Washington Post, Real Simple, The Sunday Times (UK), Salon, Redbook, USA Today, Bustle, The Forward, the New York Post, Publisher's Weekly, Hello Giggles, Writer's Digest Magazine, WritersDigest.com, and xojane. She is the former Books Correspondent for PopSugar.

Books will be sold by Theodore's Books of Oyster Bay. Authors will be available for book signings.

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
