Once a month, read an assigned play then meet to discuss and read selected scenes aloud to add a deeper understanding of the work.

We will be discussing The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window by Lorraine Hansberry. 

Synopsis: A couple living in Greenwich Village, NYC during the 60’s face troubles in their relationship as they deal with politics, failed businesses, and family tragedy.

Registration is required. Open to all.

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
