Participants will engage in a hands-on experience of making dough and braiding a five-strand challah.

Each student will leave class with a ready-to-bake challah and detailed baking instructions. All supplies are provided. A freshly-baked challah will be sampled! Please bring an apron. 

Registration is required. HPL cardholders only. There is a $5 non-refundable fee for this program.

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
