Rest and reflect as you prepare for the new year.

This special workshop combines the deep relaxation of supported Savasana with the meditative practice of Sankalpa, or heartfelt intention-setting. Release the old year's stresses and plant the seeds of your 2026 intentions in a state of profound calm and clarity. Led by Omid Oloumi, certified yoga and meditation teacher, yoga nidra facilitator and owner and founder of Khorshīd Yoga & Meditation Studio in Huntington. Registration is required. HPL cardholders only.

Please bring a mat and a blanket. Please also bring a notebook and pen and any accessory you might want to relax with (eye pillows or pillows etc.).

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
