Join India-trained Yoga Therapist Danielle Tarantola for this yoga workshop.

Promote bone and muscle strength, develop awareness so you’re more mindful of your movements, help connect to and strengthen your center of gravity, keep you steady and balanced and care for your back by encouraging better posture, so there's less pressure on the joints. This course will focus on hips, wrists, legs and spine, which are the bones prone to breakage, as well as reduce stress, which releases hormones that contribute to systemic deterioration.  Please bring a yoga mat. Registration required. Open to all. There is a non-refundable $30 fee for this program.
