Tai Chi is a Chinese form of exercise that helps reduce tension, improve balance and increase vitality.

It incorporates breathing with slow and fluid movements, emphasizing correct posture and body mechanics. By placing our mind on our movements, we start to learn how to control our self. Registration required. Open to all. There is a non-refundable $35 fee for this program series.

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
