Long Island author and teacher, Janice Milusich will be at the library to celebrate the launch of her new picture book, I Hear the Snow, I Smell the Sea illustrated by Chris Raschka.

Ms. Milusich is a teacher of the visually impaired and was inspired by her students to write this beautiful story that follows a young blind girl as she explores the changing seasons. Copies of the book
will be available to purchase.  Registration is open to all.

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
