Join Vicki Metz for this wide-ranging look at the American tradition of investigative journalism.

Long before Woodward and Bernstein were household names, there were intrepid journalists (many were women) who brought about reform due to their tireless investigating and reporting in the late 1800s. The early reformers were trailblazers for those who followed. Fast forward to Watergate and "The Washington Post" who’s fearless reporting forced a sitting U.S. president to resign in disgrace. Years later "The Boston Globe" wins a Pulitzer Prize for their outstanding reporting on the pedophile priest cover up. This form of long form journalism is here to stay and it's an American tradition like no other. Registration is required. Open to all.
