Join Maria as she guides you through preparing  tetelas, a traditional Oaxacan dish.

These triangular pockets are crafted from fresh corn masa and filled with refried black beans, herbs, and Oaxaca cheese. Cooked on a griddle until golden, they're typically served with salsa, crema, and a sprinkle of queso fresco. Registration is required. HPL cardholders only. There is a $5 non-refundable fee for this program.

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
