This program includes four exercises to discover ONE word that depicts what matters most to you. Having just one word simplifies you life. Instead of making a New Year resolution (which usually goes by the wayside), you set an intention of what you want to experience,. It is a word that can enrich any experience that comes your way in 2025.
The Station Branch is located south of the LIRR train station on New York Avenue (Route 110). It has public computers for children, teen and adults, a large community room on the second floor as well as five smaller meeting rooms and a classroom style training room.
