Sculpt long, lean muscles and define your core by doing a combination of standing and sitting exercises that incorporate the principles of breathing, whole body movement, and control.

This Mat Pilates class combines traditional Pilates movements and strength-training exercises. This style has an emphasis on the core and movements that will not only tone and stretch your muscles but also improve your posture, strength, and stability. Proper form and technique will be demonstrated along with modifications so that all can participate. Bring a bottle of water and a mat to class. 1-2-pound weights will be provided.

There is a $40 non-refundable fee payable online or in-person.

About the branch

The Station Branch is located south of the LIRR train station on New York Avenue (Route 110). It has public computers for children, teen and adults, a large community room on the second floor as well as five smaller meeting rooms and a classroom style training room.
