Quinoa, a quick cooking and versatile grain, has a long history in Peruvian cuisine and was revered by the ancient Incas.

Quinoa is rich in many vitamins and high in protein. Chef Kathryn, Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, will be demoing a light pilaf to welcome Spring, with a creamy parsley and cilantro lemony sauce. It has a fresh herbal fragrance and lively flavor.

About the branch

The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
