This class will focus on building strength, balance and flexibility throughout the body. All muscle groups will be challenged and toned using hand weights and body weight exercises. One- and two-pound weights are available, feel free to bring heavier weights with you. Please bring a water bottle and mat to class with you.
The Station Branch is located south of the LIRR train station on New York Avenue (Route 110). It has public computers for children, teen and adults, a large community room on the second floor as well as five smaller meeting rooms and a classroom style training room.
