Once a month, read an assigned play then meet to discuss and read selected scenes aloud to add a deeper understanding of the work.
For October we will be discussing Red by John Logan. Painter Mark Rothko is working on his Seagram Murals, commissioned for the Four Seasons Hotel, alongside his new assistant Ken. The two discuss what it means to create art, define a legacy, and defend one's principles while working on the looming deadline.
The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
