Once a month, read an assigned play then meet to discuss and read selected scenes aloud to add a deeper understanding of the work.
In September we will be discussing How I Learned to Drive by Paula Vogel. A woman named Li'l Bit uses her experience learning to drive as a way to cope with the difficult relationship she had with her Uncle Peck during her youth. (Warning: the play deals with subjects of child abuse).
The Main is located in the heart of Huntington Village, on the corner of Prospect Street and Main Street. The Main has a large auditorium and two smaller meeting rooms, one room for Children's programs and a conference room. There is also a Local History room located on the second floor and an Art Gallery located on the lower level.
