What is it like to work on some of the biggest news stories to hit Long Island?

Find out in this ripped from the headlines lecture given by the former Long Island bureau manager of Channel 7 "Eyewitness News." Vicki Metz will take you behind the scenes to share the stories that captivated us between 1987 and 2009. Some became national news like the LIRR massacre, TWA flight 800, the Amy Fisher/Joey Buttafuoco saga and many more. The stories that gripped us then share the same elements that fascinate us today. We will discuss what makes it to air and what is left behind on the cutting room floor. The Answers may surprise you. Registration is required. Open to all.
