Enjoy Pilates with instructor Lisa Falvo
Learn how to sculpt long, lean muscles and define your core by doing a combination of standing and sitting exercises that incorporate the principles of breathing, whole body movement, and control. Proper form and technique will be demonstrated along with modifications so that all can participate. Please bring a water bottle and mat to class with you. Registration required. Open to all.
The Station Branch is located south of the LIRR train station on New York Avenue (Route 110). It has public computers for children, teen and adults, a large community room on the second floor as well as five smaller meeting rooms and a classroom style training room.
