Hike the Nature Conservancy's Tiffany Creek Preserve in Oyster Bay led by Lee McAllister, naturalist, photographer and author of Hiking Long Island.
See some natural Long Island during Springtime migration! This guided hike is approximately 2.5-3 miles through meadows and mature north shore woodlands that traverse glacially formed ravines. Learn about the history of the area and how it was formed.
This tour will take place offsite at the Tiffany Creek Preserve, located on Sandy Hill Road south of Meadowlark Lane in Oyster Bay, NY 11771. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the program start time. Participants should bring water. Rain date: Tuesday, May 14 at 9:30 am. Registration is required. HPL cardholders only.
