What is a solar and lunar eclipse? Retired teacher, Helene Link Robinson, will discuss what is behind this celestial phenomena.
Through hands-on activities, the moon and its phases will be explored for its role in an eclipse. You will go home with information to add to your understanding of what is actually happening. On April 8, 2024 we will have a front-row seat to a spectacular solar eclipse right here in New York. Registration is required. HPL cardholders only.
